Another day on Coup deVille Farms... So many eggs, so little time. What a cool thing chickens are!!

Go figure, me chickens? Fresh eggs? My daughter once said, "Mom, can we have chicken with bones for dinner?' My kids were pretty much raised on chicken nuggets (ugh, nugget...what is that?!). She just wanted Kentucky Fried Chicken!

Everything was chicken to the kids: big turkey at Thanksgiving, big ham at Christmas, a really nice pork roast... All chicken. Hmm???

What is so amazing is that of the 3 teen/twentiesagers they almost always fight over veggies & strange holistic foods (Trader Joes kinda junk) & mojie (is that how you spell that eyeball-ice cream thing? we way big on the Asain markets, yum.).

My chickens are the most relaxing pets. Lots of building, maintaning , and fortifying (we found 2 CAT arms/paws chewed off by a coyote on Sunday morning on front lawn. 8 chickens in backyard).

Positive thing to think about?

What if you came across someone that truly helps you one day? In a small way maybe. How do you thank them, as an individual?
